
Seoul. North Korea tested a ballistic missile on Wednesday, which is the country’s first missile test in the last 5 months. This test has been done at a time when US President Donald Trump and other leaders are to meet in South Korea after a few days.
South Korea is hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit next week. South Korea’s ‘Joint Chiefs of Staff’ said that the South Korean military has detected suspicious short-range ballistic missiles being launched from south of North Korea’s capital Pyongyang.
South Korea’s ‘Joint Chiefs of Staff’ said that the missiles flew in a north-east direction for about 350 kilometers, but did not say where they fell. South Korea’s military said it is ready to respond to any provocative action by North Korea along with its ally America.
