Mumbai: A group of some young artistes from Lucknow paid tribute to veteran actor Satish Shah. The artists honored the late actor through hand-drawn paintings and posters and also remembered his contribution to Indian cinema and television.
Satish Shah’s work was described as inspirational
Speaking to ANI, an artiste said that this is his way of remembering an artiste who made millions of people laugh. He described Satish Shah’s work as inspiring. He also said, ‘Being artists, we are paying tribute to a great artist through painting. I was inspired by his comic roles.
Remembered the late actor’s role in Hum Saath Saath Hain
Another artiste, praised Satish Shahar’s acting. He said, “This is our small effort to pay tribute to him through art. I found his role of Preeti’s father in “Hum Saath Saath Hain” very touching. I loved his simplicity and the characters he played, which we can enjoy watching with our families.”
