Air quality in Delhi is at critical level, the situation is likely to worsen in the next 72 hours…people are having trouble breathing.

Delhi AQI Today: Delhiites do not seem to be getting any respite from ‘poisonous air’. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s air quality is in a very serious condition since Monday morning. There is no possibility of any improvement in air quality for the next three days. The average AQI was recorded around 400 at 7 am.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), AQI has also reached critical levels in some areas of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh adjacent to Delhi. The air in Delhi is likely to remain at poor level for three days. Residents also demonstrated on Sunday in view of the increasing pollution.

‘Cloud seeding’ also fails
‘Cloud seeding’ was the last hope to reduce pollution in Delhi but now that too has ended. The government has implemented GRAP III from November 11 to reduce pollution, but it is not having any significant effect.
