He said, ‘Once an opinion is formed, nothing other than that opinion is accepted. They close the doors to other ideas and start calling it ism. Bhagwat also said that India’s concept of nation is fundamentally different from Western interpretations.
He stressed, ‘They don’t understand our ideas about the nation, so they started calling it ‘nationalism’.’ Our concept of ‘nation’ is different from the western idea of ​​nation. There is no difference of opinion among us about whether it is a nation or not – it is a ‘nation’ and it has existed since time immemorial.
He claimed, ‘We use the word nationalism, not nationalism. Two world wars happened because of too much pride in the country. That is why some people are afraid of the word nationalism. The RSS chief said India’s nationalism is not born out of arrogance or pride, but out of a deep connection between the people and their co-existence with nature.
He also stressed the importance of knowledge which leads to wisdom and stressed that practical understanding and leading a meaningful life is more than just information. He said that true satisfaction comes from helping others. It is a feeling that lasts a lifetime, unlike temporary success.
