New Delhi. The Supreme Court will hear on Monday the petition challenging the detention of jailed environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk. This hearing will be held on the petition of Sonam Wangchuk’s wife Gitanjali J Angmo, in which Wangchuk’s detention under the National Security Act has been challenged and it has been called illegal and a violation of fundamental rights. A bench of Justice Arvind Kumar and Justice NV Anjaria can hear this case.
