A written complaint has been made to CM Yogi about making obscene videos by misusing CCTV on the ‘Entry Traffic Management System’ (ATMS) at the toll plaza located in Haliyapur on Purvanchal Expressway. The complainant made serious allegations against the toll manager that people are being blackmailed by making obscene videos of their private activities through CCTV. After this complaint, many such cases are being discussed on social media. One such case is related to a newly married couple.
According to media reports, the couple was going to Lucknow a few days after the marriage. The groom kissed the bride when the car stopped just before the toll plaza. A video was made by zooming the CCTV installed at the toll plaza and then blackmailing was done. Even after taking the money, the accused made the video viral. We do not confirm the authenticity of any such viral video.
According to the report, when asked about this, the toll plaza manager rejected all the allegations outright. The manager says that this matter is in his notice. There are seven employees at the toll. Investigation is being done to find out who has done this act by making a video. The people who complained wrote in the letter sent to the CM that the CCTV cameras installed near Haliyapur Toll on Purvanchal Expressway are directed towards the nearby villages. Here, obscene videos of women going to defecate are made on camera. Apart from this, the activities of the girls going out of the house are also captured on camera. Later they are contacted and money is recovered by blackmailing them.
The complainant alleged that two months ago, Rs 10,000 was extorted from a youth from Milkipur after watching a video. Apart from this, recovery was also made in the case of a truck driver and a woman at km 144 on the expressway. Apart from this, on October 25, an obscene video of a newly married couple was made. This video was made near Mild Stone 93 of Baldirai police station. In this case, Rs 32,000 was recovered from the youth. Even after this the accused made this video viral.
Regarding the allegations, the toll plaza manager said that there are 7 employees in our staff. This video has been made by one of our staff and has gone viral. It is being verified. I have no role in this, I have not taken any money from anyone, all the allegations leveled against me are false. Investigation is going on, the accused will be caught soon.
