
New Delhi. The entire country was shaken by the Goa night club fire. The owners of this club, Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra fled abroad after the accident. Interpol has issued a Blue Corner Notice against both of them. After this, both of them have filed a petition in Rohini Court of Delhi for anticipatory bail in this case. The third partner of the owners of this club has also been arrested from Delhi.
Fire in Goa’s night club took away the lives of 25 people. Now the police is taking swift action in this case and the accused are being arrested one after the other. On Wednesday, the Goa Police team produced Ajay Gupta, one of the four owners of Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub, at the Sunlight Colony Crime Branch office in Delhi. Ajay Gupta is a resident of Delhi and the police will present him in the court today itself after interrogation. Ajay Gupta had absconded after the accident. A lookout notice was already issued against him. When the Goa Police team reached his Delhi house, he was not found there. After this the court issued a non-bailable warrant against him. Finally the police caught him. Club owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra had fled to Thailand just two days after the accident. Now Interpol has issued a Blue Corner Notice against him.
