CBSE Exam Guidelines: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released an important update for the upcoming Class 10 board exams, due to which students will have to make a major change in the way they write answer copies. This change will be especially applicable to Class 10 Science and Social Science. The board has taken this step to increase the quality and transparency of evaluation. Clear instructions have been given to all the schools that all the students should be made to practice this new format right from the pre-board examinations.
These important changes happened
According to the new instructions, students will now have to give answers in the answer sheets of both these subjects by creating separate sections as per the question paper. The question paper of Science will be divided into three clear sections. Which will include Section A Biology, Section B Chemistry and Section C Physics. Students will have to write clearly in Section A, Section B, and Section C in their copy. After this, each answer will have to be written only in that section in which the question is.
Like the question paper of Science, the paper of Social Science will be divided into four sections. Which includes Section A History, Section B Geography, Section C Politics and Section D Economics. All students will have to write the answers of any one section in that section and mark it clearly.
Strict warning for students
CBSE has clearly warned all the students that it is strictly prohibited to write or mix the answers of any section in another section. If students do not follow these rules then marks will not be given for those answers. The board has also made it clear that such mistakes will not be rectified in revaluation after the declaration of results.
