Dr. Vedanti, the main architect of Ram Mandir movement, passes away in Rewa.

Ayodhya. Dr. Ramvilas Das Vedanti, the key architect of the Ram Mandir movement and former MP from Ayodhya, passed away. He breathed his last during treatment in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. As soon as the news of his demise was received, there was a wave of mourning in the entire saint community and political world including Ayodhya.
It is said that Dr. Vedanti was on stay in Rewa district. Then on Wednesday his health suddenly deteriorated, after which he was immediately admitted to the hospital. Continuous treatment efforts were made by the doctors, but he died during treatment.
Dr. Vedanti Ram was one of the leading faces of the Janmabhoomi movement and played an important role in taking the movement to the masses. Being an MP from Ayodhya, he strongly raised the voice for the construction of Ram temple from Parliament to the streets. His demise is being considered an irreparable loss for the Sant Samaj and Ram devotees. According to sources, his heirs and associates are reaching Ayodhya with his mortal remains from Rewa. After reaching Ayodhya, the process of his last darshan and last rites will be completed.
