‘Fog of death’ on Yamuna Expressway! 10 vehicles collided with each other, created chaos due to death of 4; Read this news before traveling

Yamuna Expressway Accident: A horrific accident took place on Yamuna Expressway in the early hours of Tuesday (16 December) in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Due to dense fog, 7 buses and 3 cars collided. After this collision, 4 people died and 25 people were injured due to vehicle fire. The injured have been admitted to the hospital.

Relief and rescue work completed – SSP
Mathura SSP Shlok Kumar said that an accident has occurred on Yamuna Expressway Milestone 127. The reason for this was low visibility. 7 buses and 3 cars collided with each other, due to which all the vehicles caught fire. The rescue operation is almost complete, and so far 4 people have died. 25 people have been admitted to the hospital and the condition of none of them is serious.

After the road accident, traffic on Yamuna Expressway has been completely affected. Keeping safety in mind, the route was closed for some time and vehicles were diverted to alternative routes. After the fire was extinguished and the damaged buses were removed, traffic was gradually normalized.

The accident is being investigated
Police and administrative officials say that the reasons for the accident are being investigated. This accident has once again raised questions regarding the security arrangements and technical inspection of buses on the expressway.
