Gorakhpur. A surprising case has come to light in Bansgaon area of Gorakhpur. Here the father of two children secretly got his gender changed in Delhi and became a girl. When the wife protested, he beat her, gave her drugs and forced her to have sex with other men. Troubled by the beatings and actions of her husband, the woman has gone into depression. Now the wife has filed an application in the court demanding compensation from her husband to meet the expenses of her two daughters. At the same time, an application has also been filed in the court on behalf of the husband. This matter is going on in the court.
A 24-year-old woman resident of Bansgaon area told that on April 24, 2016, she was married with great pomp to a young man living 5 km away from her home. The day after the marriage, on 25th April, she left and went to her in-laws’ house. Here everything went well for a few days, after which the husband started beating her. Even after being tortured by her husband, she continued to bear everything. Meanwhile, she also had two daughters whose age is currently 7 years. Being a daughter, her husband and in-laws used to torture her mentally and physically.
Once she protested, her in-laws, demanding dowry, beat her up and threw her out of the house along with her daughters at 8 am on June 20, 2021. After this an application was given in the court. On the initiative of the Mediation Centre, she again went to her in-laws’ house on 29 April 2024.
The woman told that after going to her in-laws’ house again, there was a lot of change in her husband’s behaviour. I also found a pamphlet in the room which revealed that my husband had become a girl after getting his sex changed in a clinic in Delhi. The husband took me and the children home to avoid damages by lying in the court. After this, they rented a house at another place and kept us there. There the husband started pressurizing her to have sexual relations with other men. When I refused, they beat me. After this, they gave me drugs and forced me to have sexual relations with other men.
