MP PCC dissolved the executive of 4 districts

Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Congress, taking a big decision with the aim of maintaining discipline and balance in the organizational structure, has dissolved the executive of Chhindwara, Sagar, Mauganj and Jhabua districts. This step has been taken after the new guidelines issued by the All India Congress Committee (AICC), in which clear instructions have been given to limit the number of office bearers in the districts. However, now it will be more difficult for Congress to give responsibility to the workers in the remaining districts.

What are the instructions of AICC?

AICC has directed all states that the maximum number of members of the executive should not exceed 31 in small districts and 51 in large districts.

The party believes that excessively large organizational structures hamper efficiency and weaken accountability.

In view of this, states have been asked to form a balanced and effective executive.

Interestingly, new executives were announced in these four districts just two days before the central directive was issued.

Especially in Chhindwara district, information about appointment of more than 250 officers came to light, after which questions started being raised within the organization.

The central leadership showed seriousness regarding this and sought clarification from the state unit.

The executive will not be huge but small

According to sources, after reviewing the situation, the state Congress leadership canceled the executive meetings of the four districts with immediate effect. Now a limited, active and responsible team will be formed as per the new guidelines. The aim of the party is that only active workers should get responsibility in the organization and unnecessary expansion of posts should be stopped.

Political experts believe that this step has been taken in the direction of streamlining the organization keeping in mind the upcoming election preparations. The Congress leadership is now emphasizing on creating a strong structure at the grassroots level, so that effective coordination can be created up to the booth level.

Jeetu went to the divisions to take feedback

State Congress will soon start the process of forming a fresh executive in all four districts. It is believed that this time efficiency and performance will be given priority while keeping the number of members limited. Along with this, executive committees of other districts will also be formed. PCC Chief Jitu Patwari is currently visiting different divisions of Madhya Pradesh, holding meetings and taking feedback.
