Fire in firecracker factory, 8 dead

Bhiwadi. 8 people were burnt alive in the chemical-firecracker factory of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Their bodies have been taken out. 1 laborer is still trapped. About 25 laborers were working at the time of the incident. The accident happened in Khushkheda Karauli Industrial Area at around 9.30 am on Monday. ADM Sumita Mishra said- Police came to know about the incident during patrolling. Rescue was started immediately. Along with chemicals, firecrackers were also made in this factory. The name of the factory owner is Rajendra. Fire engines from Khushkheda and Bhiwadi RIICO fire stations reached the spot. The fire was brought under control after about one and a half hour of effort. Tijara DSP Shivraj Singh is present on the spot. They have started investigation. Bhiwadi SP and ADM are also going to reach the spot soon.
