His diet is quite balanced. Amit Shah likes black coffee very much. He drinks black coffee about 4 times a day. The interesting thing is that whenever someone comes to meet him, he very lovingly offers them to drink black coffee. His simplicity and way of taking care of others greatly impresses the hotel staff.

Amit Shah likes organic vegetables grown on the soil of Purnia. Fresh cabbage, spinach and other seasonal green vegetables are especially included in their menu.
