Alert in India after attack on Iran, Home Ministry gave instructions to the states

Amidst the increasing tension in the Middle East and the war between Israel and Iran, a big information has come out from the Union Home Ministry. On February 28, the Ministry had informed all the states of the country that there is a possibility of Israel and America attacking Iran. Along with this information, a warning was also given that violence may spread in India after this attack.

Instructions from Home Ministry to security agencies

According to the information received, in the letter issued by the Home Ministry, the states were requested to identify those “pro-Iran fundamentalist preachers” who can promote violence by giving inflammatory speeches. The Ministry has directed the security agencies to keep a vigilant eye on the activities of such preachers and take necessary steps to ensure civil safety.

There was massive protest in Kashmir

It is noteworthy that Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been assassinated in a joint attack by America and Israel. After this, big demonstrations took place in Kashmir on 2 March. The protesters raised slogans against Israel and America and mourned by beating their chests. To keep the situation under control in Kashmir, the authorities slowed down the speed of mobile internet. There are approximately 15 lakh Liya Muslims living in Kashmir, who were active in these demonstrations.
