Aam Aadmi Party leader attacked in Punjab, shot in the head, condition critical

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader Nitan Nanda has been attacked. He has been seriously injured in this attack. He has been referred to Chandigarh PGI for treatment. It is being told that the AAP leader had come to attend a wedding ceremony, where he was attacked.

According to the information, Aam Aadmi Party leader from Sri Anandpur Sahib assembly constituency Nitan Nanda was shot at during a function, due to which he was seriously injured. The incident happened when Nitan Nanda arrived to attend a function. During this time he was shot. As soon as the sound of firing was heard, there was panic on the spot and panic spread among the people present.

Injured Nitan Nanda was immediately taken to Civil Hospital Anandpur Sahib. Where after initial treatment the doctors referred him to Chandigarh PGI. His condition is said to be serious. It is being told that the bullet had hit him inside his body and this bullet had hit him in the back of his head. As soon as information about the incident was received, Anandpur Sahib police reached the spot and started investigation. According to police officials, the attackers are being identified by collecting evidence from the incident site.
