
warm in winter Rice Puri Recipe The fun is something else. If you are always bored of wheat flour puris, then try these light and crispy rice flour puris. It takes less effort to make it and the eaters never get tired of praising it every time.
Material

Rice flour – 2 cups

Boiled potatoes – 2

Cumin – 1 tsp

Celery – 1/2 tsp

Green chilli finely chopped – 2

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

Oil – for frying

Water – to knead the dough
Method of preparation

First of all, take rice flour in a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes well and mix it.

Now add cumin, celery, salt, green chilli and coriander and mix well.

Knead a stiff but soft dough by gradually adding water. Rice flour dries quickly, so keep the flour covered.

Make small balls of dough and roll them between polythene or butter paper. Do not roll it too thin, otherwise the puri may break while frying.

Heat oil in a pan and gently drop the rolled puri into the oil. Fry on medium flame until golden and puffed on both sides.

Take out the prepared puri on tissue paper and serve hot with potato curry, gram, curd or pickle.
