The MLA said that the required sensitivity is not being shown on the issues raised by the public representatives, due to which the common people are facing problems.
‘When you call SP, you don’t get the expected response’
MLA Priyanka Penchi also raised this issue in the Assembly. She says that whenever she contacts the SP over phone regarding complaints of citizens of the area, she does not get a satisfactory response or expected action is not taken in the cases. He alleged that sometimes even phone calls are not answered. Terming this behavior as contrary to the dignity of a public representative, the MLA has demanded action against the SP.
CM presented written reply in the assembly
In this entire matter, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav presented a written reply in the Assembly. In response, it was told that seven letters were written by the MLA in the year 2025, in which information about various matters was given. Information regarding these letters was given by the concerned authorities from time to time. According to the information, in two cases information was given on January 20, 2026, in one case on January 12 and in other cases information was provided in November and October 2025. It was also said on behalf of the government that the public representatives have the right to seek and inform information from the competent authorities for the law and order of the area and to resolve the problems of the citizens. Officials are also instructed to provide necessary information in this regard. However, the MLA says that there is a difference between the paper answer and the ground reality. According to him, in many cases there is delay in action, which increases dissatisfaction among the public. He clarified that his objective is not confrontation but quick solution to the problems of the area.
