Lakhimpur. The big news of this time has come out from Lakhimpur-Kheri of Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi has changed the name of the village here Mustafabad village. Now this village will be known as Kabirdham. CM Yogi himself announced this while addressing the public from the stage in Lakhimpur-Kheri.
CM Yogi said, “When I came here and asked about the village, I was told that the name of the village is Mustafabad. I asked how much Muslim population lives here? Then I came to know that there is not a single Muslim population here. But the name became Mustafabad. We said that now this name should be changed and its name should not be Mustafabad but Kabirdham. We will invite proposals from here and after inviting proposals, we will take the program forward.”
CM Yogi said, “Sisters and brothers, this is the feeling of intimacy. They had converted Ayodhya into Faizabad, Prayagraj into Allahabad, Kabirdham into Mustafabad and it is our government which is making Faizabad into Ayodhya, Allahabad into Prayagraj and by re-establishing that pride by making Mustafabad into the Kabirdham site, it is connecting you with it.”
