
Crude oil prices are continuously going down. On Sunday 30 November also a decline was recorded in the international market. WTI crude fell by $ 0.10 or 0.17 percent and came to $ 58.55 per barrel. At the same time, Brent crude fell by $ 0.49 or 0.78 percent to $ 62.38 per barrel. The cheapening of crude has had a direct impact on the prices of petrol and diesel in many cities of India.
According to Good Returns data, oil prices became cheaper in many cities on Saturday. In Noida and Greater Noida, petrol fell by Rs 0.14 to Rs 94.71 per liter. Diesel fell by Rs 0.17 to Rs 87.81 per liter. In Bhubaneswar, petrol became cheaper by Rs 0.09 to Rs 100.94, diesel reduced by Rs 0.08 to Rs 92.52 per liter. In Patna, petrol fell by Rs 0.58 to Rs 105.53, diesel fell by Rs 0.55 to Rs 91.77 per liter.
Where did petrol become cheaper?
- In Thiruvananthapuram, petrol became cheaper by Rs 0.01 at Rs 107.48, while diesel remained stable at Rs 96.48 per liter.
- In Agra, petrol fell by Rs 0.04 to Rs 94.57, and diesel fell by Rs 0.06 to Rs 87.64 per liter.
- In Bahraich, petrol became cheaper by Rs 1.32 to Rs 94.81, and diesel became cheaper by Rs 1.12 to Rs 87.96 per liter.
- In Prayagraj, petrol fell by Rs 0.56 to Rs 95.15, and diesel fell by Rs 0.60 to Rs 88.34 per liter.
Oil becomes expensive in these cities
Oil prices have also increased in some cities. In Jaipur, petrol became costlier by Rs 0.38 to Rs 105.07, and diesel by Rs 0.35 to Rs 90.53 per litre. In Aurangabad, Bihar, petrol rose by Rs 0.39 to Rs 106.74, diesel rose by Rs 0.36 to Rs 92.90 per liter. In Darbhanga, petrol increased by Rs 0.52 to Rs 105.95, and diesel increased by Rs 0.48 to Rs 92.14 per liter.
There was no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in big metros of the country.
- In Delhi, petrol is stable at Rs 94.41 and diesel at Rs 87.67 per liter.
- In Mumbai, petrol is being sold at Rs 103.50 and diesel at Rs 90.03 per liter.
- In Kolkata, petrol is Rs 105.41 and diesel is Rs 92.02 per liter.
- In Chennai, petrol remains at Rs 100.90 and diesel at Rs 92.48 per litre.
