Varanasi. Bageshwar Dham’s Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Shastri has supported Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand. He said that I am with all those saints who talk about Mother Cow, Geeta and Sanatan. Shankaracharya has raised the issue of cow. A campaign is going on in the entire country regarding Mother Cow. We, being cow servants, support them morally. But we have not received the invitation for Lucknow. I am going on a retreat for a month. Dhirendra Shatri reached Kashi with his mother on Friday. According to media reports, Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand will hold a meeting in Lucknow on March 11 for the protection of cows, Ganga and Sanatan amid the conflict with CM Yogi. However, he has not yet received the permission of the assembly. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya was also in Kashi. Journalists asked him whether Shankaracharya would be allowed to hold the meeting? On this Keshav said that it is not my job to give permission. After this he maintained silence on this issue. Dhirendra Shastri gave a message to fans to live a positive life. He said that coming to Kashi is always a special experience for him, because it is the city of Lord Shiva and the spiritual energy here inspires the entire country.
