If America attacks Venezuela we will fight for a hundred years: Maduro

Caracas. The situation in South America is on the verge of war. The tension between America and Venezuela has increased to such an extent that the armies of both the countries. Preparing for face to face. US President Donald Trump has given permission to his army for military action in the Caribbean Sea, while Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has also warned that if America attacks, we will fight for a hundred years.
According to media reports, America alleges that Venezuelan boats are involved in drug smuggling. After these attacks, Maduro took refuge in a bunker near the capital Caracas, for whose security Cuba’s “Black Wasp” commando unit is deployed. Maduro’s close ally Diosdado Cabello has told army officers to prepare for a “hundred years of war”.
Experts say that if the US attacked, Venezuela would engage it in a guerrilla war – just as it did in Afghanistan. According to US intelligence sources, Maduro plans to surround US troops in urban areas through paramilitary forces called colectivos. These fighters have Russian S-300 missile systems, SU-30 fighter jets, T-72 tanks and more than 6,000 Lagla-A missiles, which are capable of shooting down helicopters. Not only this, many weapons are also with Hezbollah fighters, who are active in Venezuela with the support of Iran.
According to the former Venezuelan intelligence chief General, about a thousand Hezbollah fighters are camping on Margarita Island. From here they run terrorist networks and train Venezuelan citizens. Some reports suggest that Hezbollah and Colectivos jointly conduct military training and ideological brainwashing in community centers built in the capital Caracas.
American defense experts estimate that if Washington attacks, it will have to regain control within 48 hours, otherwise the situation could be like Afghanistan or Gaza. US naval ships are already off Venezuelan shores and F-35 stealth jets are testing Venezuelan air defense systems off Puerto Rico.
President Maduro claims that he is ready to send 4 million civilian militias into the war. American analysts say the US mission in Venezuela has only a 30 percent chance of success, including arresting Maduro. If Maduro leaves the country and flees to Brazil or Colombia, America will face a new challenge. Looking at the current situation, it is clear that if America attacks, then this war could become not just between two countries but a long guerrilla conflict, which will shake the politics and security system of Latin America for years to come.
