India is not impartial, we are in favor of peace, PM Modi spoke to Putin regarding Russia-Ukraine conflict

New Delhi. Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi held a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at Hyderabad House on Friday. During this, PM Modi also gave an important message on the Russia-Ukraine conflict. He said that India is not fair. India is towards peace.

Modi told Putin that the Russia-Ukraine conflict should end now. That too through negotiations and diplomatic efforts. We support a peaceful solution. On this statement of PM Modi, Putin said that Russia is also working for a peaceful end to the conflict.

Putin said- working together to resolve Ukraine issue
During the bilateral meeting, Russian President Putin said thanks for inviting me. We are working closely with many allied countries, including America, to resolve the Ukraine issue. Thanks for paying attention to this. In the past years, you have worked a lot to strengthen the relations between the two countries. We are expanding cooperation in many new areas, including areas like high-tech aircraft, space and AI.

Russian President Putin also expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for India’s focus on Ukraine issue. Putin said that our relations have been historically strong, but it is not the words that matter but the substance.

‘The welfare of the world is possible only by following the path of peace’
PM Modi said, ‘We are in constant touch regarding the Ukraine crisis. Like a true friend, you gave us every information from time to time. I believe that belief is a great strength. The Prime Minister said that the welfare of the world can be achieved only by following the path of peace. Together we should move forward on the path of peace. Whatever is happening in the last few days, I am confident that peace will come to the world soon.
