
New Delhi: The Indian Army has recently conducted two major exercises, which indicate strengthening of the country’s defense preparedness. The attack helicopter of the Indian Army along with the infantry conducted a vigorous flying practice in the forward areas of Arunachal Pradesh. This exercise showcases the firepower of the Indian Army and its preparedness to operate day and night in all weather conditions.
At the same time, the Sudarshan Chakra Corps of the Southern Command, along with the Indian Navy, conducted a major amphibious warfare exercise on the western coast. The main objective of this exercise is to increase coordination between the three armies and further strengthen India’s maritime security.
Giving information about this exercise on ‘X’, the Indian Army said that the attack helicopter of the Indian Army conducted an intensive flying exercise with the infantry in the border areas of Arunachal Pradesh. This exercise revealed the tremendous firepower of these modern helicopters. Also, it was proved that they are fully prepared to work effectively in all weather conditions, day and night. The exercise was a strong demonstration of the country’s air dominance power.
Southern Command Indian Army said that on Friday, reflecting the synergy between the three services under Exercise Trishul, troops of Sudarshan Chakra Corps of Southern Command began a major joint (amphibious) exercise with the Indian Navy off the west coast of India.
“Demonstrating tri-service synergy under Exercise Trishul, formations of Sudarshan Chakra Corps of Southern Command have undertaken a joint amphibious exercise with the Indian Navy off the west coast of India,” Southern Command said while sharing the news.
This exercise involved several important steps. Deploying troops, boarding ships and closely rehearsing, all this was part of the joint exercise.
