IPO of 2 companies is coming, got approval from SEBI, pharma company also in the list

IPO of two more companies is going to knock. Sai Parenteral Limited and Hella Infra Market had applied for the IPO. Both these companies have received approval from SEBI to launch IPO.

Telangana company Sai Parenteral Limited had applied for IPO on 30 September 2025. According to the draft, in this IPO, fresh shares worth Rs 285 crore and 3500000 shares will be issued through offer for sale. Many existing investors including Vikas India EIF-I, Tilokchand Poonamchand Ostwal, Devendra Chawla, Bhanwar Lal Chandak, Srilekha, Padma, Vijay Gondi, Idea and Journey Private Limited will reduce their stake through IPO. Hella Infra Market has applied to SEBI through the confidential route. Because of which the details have not been revealed in public.

What is the plan of Sai Parenteral Limited?

The company will use Rs 100 crore of the money raised from the IPO to expand its capacity and develop its manufacturing centre. Rs 18 crore will be used for research and development, Rs 20 crore for existing dues and Rs 33.30 crore for working capital. The company will invest Rs 36 crore in its subsidiary.

There will be a holiday in the stock market on Monday, there will be no trading in BSE and NSE
