Joint exercise of India and Russia in the Bay of Bengal, the world will see the military strength of both the countries from the sea.

New Delhi . A ship of the Russian Navy fleet will leave from Muscat port of Oman to participate in the exercises and will pay an unofficial visit to the Indian port of Visakhapatnam from 18 to 25 February. The pair of India and Russia is soon going to show its strength to the whole world from the ocean. According to reports, Russia and India will conduct joint naval exercises in the Indian Ocean in February. This joint naval exercise will be organized in the Bay of Bengal. Russia’s TASS government news agency gave this information on Wednesday quoting the press service of the Russian Maritime College.
A frigate of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Navy will depart from the port of Muscat in Oman to participate in the Milan-2026 exercises, TASS reports. After this the ship will make an informal visit to the Indian port of Visakhapatnam from 18 to 25 February. Let us tell you that every year India and Russia conduct a joint naval exercise by the name of Exercise Indra.

Earlier, India’s Ambassador to Moscow Vinay Kumar said on Monday that India and Russia are moving forward with confidence to achieve the target of US $ 100 billion in bilateral trade by 2030 and steps are being taken to increase the scope of trade.
“The last year has been particularly dynamic. President Vladimir Putin’s visit was extremely successful. It is entirely possible to achieve the bilateral trade target of US$100 billion by 2030,” Ambassador Kumar told PTI on India’s 77th Republic Day. “Several steps are being taken, including identification of new products, and a free trade agreement will be helpful in achieving this goal,” he said. He also said that there has been growth in trade with new opportunities in fertiliser, agriculture and engineering.
