According to reports, thousands of North Korean soldiers have been killed in the Russia-Ukraine war. According to the news agencies of North Korea, the foundation of this monument has been laid in the capital Pyongyang. Russia’s ambassador to North Korea and Kim Jong Un himself participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony.

Kim Jong Un sent weapons and thousands of soldiers to Russia to drive out Ukrainian forces from western Russia. Kim Jong Un praised his soldiers for helping Russia. He said that this museum is dedicated to those soldiers who gave their lives while fighting for Russia while showing the spirit of patriotism. On this occasion, along with senior army officers, the families of those soldiers who died in Russia were also present.
