Delhi Police has achieved a major success in the Delhi Arms Seizure case. The Crime Branch has busted an active international arms smuggling gang and arrested four accused. The police action becomes more important when it was revealed that these weapons were being sent from Pakistan to India through drones. Initial investigation has revealed that this gang was working to supply weapons to gangsters for a long time.
According to the police, the weapons sent through drones were first dropped in the border areas, after which the local network would collect them and send them to Delhi and surrounding states. The investigation team has also found many digital evidences related to this smuggling channel, which confirms the modus operandi of the gang. This Delhi Arms Seizure is not only the revelation of a big criminal network but will also put a big stop to possible criminal incidents in the future.
The four arrested accused were preparing to supply weapons to gangsters in Delhi-NCR. Police suspect that they have contacts with many notorious criminals and outside helpers.
