It is being told that a few days ago, students had also protested in the university regarding this matter. After this, the university administration has now taken strict action and suspended the three accused professors.
On this whole matter, Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. Rampal Rana said that on November 27, the University had received an anonymous complaint letter. It was written in this letter that obscene messages are being sent on WhatsApp by a professor. As soon as the complaint was received, the administration immediately formed an inquiry committee and started investigating the matter.
If allegations are found true then police action will be taken.
The VC said that those against whom allegations have been made were guest teachers. During the investigation, he was ordered to stay at home and was later relieved from duty. He clearly said that if the allegations are found true in the investigation, then police action will also be taken against the professors.
The VC also said that the university is completely strict regarding students’ matters and immediate and strict action is taken if any complaint is received.
