
Mumbai: The makers of ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups’ have confirmed the release date of the film, putting an end to the rumors of its delayed release. Know when you will be able to watch the much awaited film ‘Toxic’ starring Yash in theatres.
What were the rumours?
A few days ago, there was information on social media that Yash is not happy with some parts of the film and wants to get the shooting done again. Therefore, the release date of the film may get postponed, but these were just rumours.
Toxic film release confirmed
Responding to the producers, KVN Productions shared a wonderful poster of Yash on its X handle and posted it on social media and wrote in the caption, ‘There are still 140 days left. #ToxicTheMovie will be released on 19-03-2026.
Taran Adarsh also confirmed
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh while giving information on Toxic is all set to release on March 19, 2026, just in time for the festive weekends of Ugadi, Gudi Padwa and Eid. Post-production started when Yash was shooting for the film ‘Ramayana’ in Mumbai. The team is now completing the final stretch of shooting and will begin promotions in January 2026. The film has been shot simultaneously in English and Kannada. Toxic will also be dubbed into several Indian and international languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.’
About the movie ‘Toxic’
This is Yash’s first big film after ‘KGF’. Fans will see his return to the theater after a long wait. ‘Toxic’ is directed by Geetu Mohandas and produced by Yash and Venkat K Narayan. The film is being produced under the banners KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations. The last schedule of the shooting of the film is going on in Bengaluru. The post-production work of the film started from April 2025, when Yash was shooting for ‘Ramayana’.
