Congress Leader Legal Case: Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has received a notice from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Whose hearing will be on 6 January 2026. Advocate Vikas Tripathi had filed a revision petition on allegations of inclusion of names in the voter list without Indian citizenship. Apart from Sonia Gandhi, the court has also issued a notice to the state government and asked for TCR.
