There may be a coup in Venezuela, tension increases between the two countries

Washington. US President Donald Trump seems determined to end the long-running conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He recently presented a sweeping 28-point peace plan that forces Ukraine to give up parts of eastern regions such as Donbass and Crimea, limit the size of its military, and promise never to join NATO. The plan includes provisions such as a Russia-NATO security dialogue, a joint US-Russia working group and a non-aggression pact with Europe. Its implementation will be monitored by a peace council, which will be chaired by Trump himself. Russian President Vladimir Putin has called it the foundation of a final agreement, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called it a difficult moment and promised to offer alternative suggestions. This move by Trump may bring a new turn in global diplomacy, but critics believe that it benefits Russian interests more.
However, it seems that Trump is ending one war and giving birth to another.
The activities of the US administration regarding Venezuela have suddenly intensified. According to reports, the Trump administration is preparing to launch a new phase of operations related to Venezuela in the coming days. The White House has not yet made public the final decision, but four US officials have claimed that the initial steps could be covert operations directly aimed at the government of President Nicolas Maduro. America is calling it a campaign against drug trafficking, in which Maduro is accused of protecting the drug network. Maduro has denied these allegations and called America an aggressor. Trump has clearly said that he is open to talks with Maduro, but since Venezuela’s oil reserves are the world’s largest, the US will have to intervene there. The administration has authorized the CIA to carry out covert operations, including airstrikes and targeting drug production facilities.
For several weeks, the US has been sending its warships, aircraft carriers and military capabilities to the Caribbean region. America’s largest aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford arrived here with his strike group on 16 November. At least eight warships, one nuclear submarine and F-35 fighter aircraft are deployed with it. Defense Minister Pete Hegseth said that preparations are being made for both secret and overt actions against Venezuela. On Monday, the US designated the alleged drug network Cartel de los Solace, which Maduro claims to lead, as a foreign terrorist organization. This gave the US military permission to target Maduro’s properties.
