Trump upset with the decision to cancel the tariff, explodes tariff bomb on the world

Washington,. US President Donald Trump has once again dropped the tariff bomb after his defeat in the Supreme Court. When the US Supreme Court had ruled to cancel the reciprocal tariff imposed by Trump on all the countries of the world as illegal, then soon after this President Trump announced to impose a global tariff of 10 percent on all the countries. Within just 24 hours, he again dropped the tariff bomb and increased it to 15 percent. Indian-American lawyer Neel Katyal, who gave a blow to Trump in the Supreme Court, has raised questions regarding this step of America.
Let us tell you that Trump has increased the global tariff. He announced through a post on the social media platform Truth Social that the US is going to increase the 10 percent tariff imposed on countries around the world to 15 percent with immediate effect. With this tariff hike, he has again reiterated his old claim that many countries have been taking advantage of America for decades and this decision related to tariff is a reply to that. He also said that the tariff hike is completely within the ambit of law and it has also been investigated.
In a post on social media platform He said that Section 122 has no clear application here, because the emergency situation cited by Trump is related to trade deficit. Katyal further said that if President Donald Trump wants to impose tariffs on the countries of the world on a large scale, then he should adopt the American way and go to Congress.
Let us tell you that Katyal is an Indian-American lawyer, whose arguments in the US Supreme Court had defeated the Trump tariff. He had said in the court that the US Parliament Congress has the power to regulate business, but President Trump cannot use this power arbitrarily.
