BengaluruA complaint has been filed against Congress spokesperson M. Laxman in Karnataka for allegedly making inflammatory and misleading statements. This complaint was made by a BJP delegation to Karnataka Director General of Police (DGP) M.A. Have met Salim. The complaint letter alleges that M. Laxman made serious allegations without any evidence against Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Minister V. Laxman claimed that it was at the behest of Amit Shah that the riots took place in Bellary, in which the bodies of Congress workers were found. Met. Laxman also claimed that Union Minister V. Somanna had conveyed Amit Shah’s message to some leaders. During the press conference, he had also made very objectionable allegations against BJP like “doing politics by dumping dead body”. He had said that if brown mapping of Union Minister V. Somanna, who brought Amit Shah’s message, is done, then the conspiracy will be exposed. He had claimed that the riots happened only after V. Somanna went to Bellary and talked to Janardhana Reddy and Sriramulu.
