PRAYAGRAJ – The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), the world’s largest examining body, is in the final stages of preparing the results for over 58 lakh students. According to the latest official updates, the UP Board Class 10th and 12th results are slated for release during the third week of April 2026, likely around April 20-22.
The evaluation process for a staggering 3 crore answer sheets was completed between March 18 and April 1. Over 1.5 lakh teachers worked in double shifts across 250 evaluation centers to meet this deadline. The Board has already instructed all regional offices to finalize the cross-checking of internal assessment marks, which were uploaded by schools earlier in March.
Students will be able to check their results on upresults.nic.in and upmsp.edu.in. Given the massive volume of traffic, the board has also enabled an SMS facility. Students can receive their scores by texting “UP10 [Roll Number]” or “UP12 [Roll Number]” to 56263. Last year, the results were declared on April 25, but the accelerated evaluation this year points to an earlier announcement. The 2026 exams were noted for being “copy-free” due to the implementation of AI-based monitoring in examination halls across the state.
