Panaji. Kazakh belly dancer Kristina Shaikh was performing at Birch nightclub when suddenly the alarm went off. There was a commotion among the people present in the club. People started shouting. Christina looked at the people, then they were looking at the fire above their heads. Christina turned and ran away screaming. The fire from above flared up more fiercely, in the blink of an eye there was fire and smoke everywhere. In that distraught moment, she was unable to understand what had happened. Then they started running towards the exit, and they realized that the nightclub was on fire.
Most of the people who died in the fire in Goa’s night club died due to suffocation. They got trapped in the ground floor and kitchen and could not get out from there. The fire started when Kazakhstan’s professional belly dancer Kristina was performing. Loud music was playing.
Let us tell you that in the videos of the beginning of the fire that have surfaced on social media, a dancer is seen performing. Christina is the same dancer. The video showed how people were running outside in panic and Christina herself also ran outside to save her life. He remembered his stuff. She started going towards the green room below to collect the things. But a sharp-eyed crew member shouted loudly. Pushed them and told them not to go there. Those few seconds of alert saved his life.
Hours later, shivering in her home, Christina hugged her daughter. In an emotional conversation, she said that when I came home and hugged my daughter, I was thankful to be alive. His voice was still hoarse. He said that my team is safe. All music is safe. But the shock of those moments is still fresh.
