However, he will not completely separate from the company and will remain associated with Eternal as Vice Chairman after the approval of the shareholders. In his place, Albinder Dhindsa will now be made the new Group CEO of Eternal. The company has made it clear that this change is being made as part of a well-thought-out strategy so that there can be better focus on management and future plans. What did Deepinder Goyal say
Explaining the reason for his decision, Deepinder Goyal said that in recent times his inclination has increased towards some new and different ideas, which involve a lot of risk and experimentation. According to Goyal, it is not right to carry out such experiments within the ambit of a listed company. He said that these new ideas are not part of Eternal’s current strategy and it would be better to pursue them outside the company. For this reason, he has decided to leave the responsibility of CEO, so that he can work openly on new experiments.

Talking about the financial performance of the company, Eternal has presented excellent results. Food Eternal announced the results for October to December quarter (Q3) on 21 January 2026. The company recorded strong growth in the December quarter driven by continued momentum in the BlinkIt and Quick Commerce segments. The company’s net profit for the October to December quarter of FY 2025-26 increased by 73% to ₹102 crore as compared to ₹59 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s revenue from core operations recorded a 201% growth in revenue from core operations in the third quarter of FY 2025-26 to reach ₹16,315 crore, compared to ₹5,405 crore in the same period a year ago.
