New Delhi. The country’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, while addressing an important press conference on Friday, has made a scathing attack on the opposition parties and India Bloc. Expressing strong objection to the continuous claims of change of power and political activities being made by the opposition, he said that the opposition parties want to grab power by creating an atmosphere of anarchy in the country and for this the youth are being made pawns.
Constitutional institutions cannot be sacrificed
Addressing the press conference, the Defense Minister said in clear words that the constitutional institutions of the country cannot be sacrificed for one’s political and vested interests, which needs to be understood at all costs. Taking aim at the opposition, he said that India’s continuous development journey cannot be disrupted by creating false anger, conspiring to defame institutions and resorting to political opportunism. Taking the name of Rahul Gandhi, he advised that instead of doing politics that hinders the development of the country, he should fully respect the mandate and seriously introspect on his political role.
Conspiracy on the lines of incidents like Bangladesh
Rajnath Singh made serious allegations and said that the youth of the country are being used as pawns to involve them in the politics of anarchy. He said that some people want to bring about a change of power in India on the lines of the incidents in the neighboring country Bangladesh, and are also openly admitting that they have been inspired by the current situation in Bangladesh. Moreover, some others are shamelessly demanding the overthrow of the elected government, making it completely clear that their only hidden agenda is to destroy democratic institutions and set the country on fire. The Defense Minister bluntly said that this fight of the opposition is not for any kind of electoral reform, nor is it related to Gyanesh Kumar or any other administrative process. This is not even related to the bright future of the youth of the country, rather it is only and only a well-planned conspiracy to grab power illegally by spreading anarchy in the country.
