Here we are carrying forward the tradition that has kept art and culture alive for the last 38 years. The theme of the 39th program ‘Local to Global’ is a reflection of the dream of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which he wants to connect the skilled hands sitting in every corner of India to the global market.
