New Delhi 20 February 2026. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the concluding session of India AI Impact Summit-2026 organized at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on Friday. He spoke openly on the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its use to the National Media Correspondents at Bhopal Media Center located in Bharat Mandapam. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has emphasized on working in the interest of the country without fear of AI. Our government is overcoming all the challenges and moving forward at a fast pace for the prosperity of the state. He said that the country is progressing rapidly under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi. Madhya Pradesh is also playing a big role in this. Madhya Pradesh is the 5th largest state of India. The state government is determined to identify and diagnose diseases at the right time with the help of AI in the medical sector of the state and provide better facilities to remote areas.
A whole new eco system of AI will be created in Madhya Pradesh
IT parks are being built in big and small cities of the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a whole new eco system of AI will be created in Madhya Pradesh. This strong eco system will have five main parts. First computer infrastructure – It will have shared GPU and data center. Second talent development- In this, AI studies and industry certification will be done in colleges. Third Start-up Support- Funding, mentorship and incubation facilities will be provided in this. Fourth, use in industry – Under this, incentives will be given to adopt AI. Fifth Research and Innovation- In this, industry related research centers and innovations will be encouraged. The Chief Minister said that we will not only use AI, but will also develop the ability to create AI. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is located in the center of the country. We have adequate land bank. Therefore, efforts are being made to establish a big AI based data center in the state. We have also invited big investors and companies to establish this data centre.
Had one-to-one dialogue with global tech companies
At the AI Summit, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav had one-to-one interaction with senior leaders of various leading global technology companies. With Ms. Calista Redmond, Vice President, Global AI Initiatives, NVIDIA, we discussed establishing public-private partnerships, providing GPUs to startups at subsidized rates, developing collaboration mechanisms to empower local partners, and providing technical tools, resources, and libraries. Also discussed were LLM model, cooperation towards Sovereign AI and invitation to Nvidia’s flagship program. Nvidia is a US-based global technology company that is a leader in GPUs, AI computing, data center solutions and high-performance computing. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav held a one-to-one meeting with Mr. Breno Melo, Global GTM Head, Genspark AI, to discuss his role as a solution provider in the state, the use of available technological solutions and starting the pilot program as per the MoU. In a one-to-one meeting with Dr. Pratyush Kumar, Co-Founder of Sarvam AI, we discussed developing full-stack sovereign AI models and creating a strong ecosystem for startups and developers. Sarvam AI is a Bengaluru-based Indian AI startup that develops sovereign generative AI platforms and large language models for Indian languages. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed with Ms. Shruti Verma of K-Jan AI on capacity building in universities and colleges, organizing game jam, upskilling in game development and AI, connectivity with Atal Project of Madhya Pradesh and establishment of studio in Indore. K-Gen AI is a Bengaluru-based AI-enabled gaming platform.
Discussed support to gaming startups and students, AI skilling and training, upskilling, certification and curriculum development, gaming partnerships and accelerator programs with Mr. Kunal Soni, Director, Google Play. Organizing Google Play events in Indore and Bhopal, providing content export and publishing support and possible collaboration on the occasion of Ujjain Simhastha 2028 were also discussed. Google Play is a global digital app and game distribution platform. Discussed immersive cooling technology with low water usage, up to 40 percent reduction in power consumption, development of sustainable AI data centers with Mr. Dev Tyagi, President, Sabmar Technologies (India). Submer Technologies is a global data center technology company based in Barcelona (Spain), which develops liquid immersion cooling solutions. Discussed with Mr. Kapil Jain, Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Invisid AI, about the possibilities of developing physics-based AI solutions, upgradation and conversion of data centers of Madhya Pradesh, digital twin simulation, energy consumption management and increasing power generation in the state by 8 MW. Inviscid AI is a US-based advanced physics-informed AI company that develops smart solutions for engineering and industrial sectors.
AOUs signed with various companies
In the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, 3 important strategic MoUs were exchanged to effectively implement the key pillars of the state’s AI mission through Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation. In these MoUs, Genspark AI Inc. It was agreed to optimize AI infrastructure, develop creative AI based governance solutions and establish an innovation testing platform. Collaboration will be done with Invisid AI company for deployment of AI driven digital twin in the state data centre. A partnership has been secured with Sarvam AI (Axonwise Pvt. Ltd.) for building sovereign AI infrastructure and developing AI-enabled public services. Additionally, Sabmar Technologies S.L. A letter of intent was issued with the objective of developing energy-efficient, liquid-cooled and AI-ready data center infrastructure and building up to one gigawatt of AI-optimized capacity in the future.
Visited Google Pavilion
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited the Google Pavilion. He held high-level talks with Country Director Mr. Ashish Watal and senior leadership of the company. The possibilities of strengthening tourism innovation in Madhya Pradesh through map-based technologies including AI, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) were discussed in detail.
