Iran will not make nuclear weapons, said on Trump’s threat – we are ready for everything

Iran News: Amidst the increasing tension between America and Iran, the Indian representative of the Supreme Leader of Iran, Dr. Abdul Majeed Hakim Elahi has given a big statement. He clearly said that Iran never intends to make nuclear weapons, as it is considered ‘haram’ in Islam.

In an interview he said that Iran wants to use nuclear energy only for humanitarian needs and peaceful purposes. He claims that Iran’s nuclear program is related to human welfare and has nothing to do with making weapons.

Hakim Ilahi also accused international organizations of adopting double standards. He said Iran’s nuclear program has been subject to continued strict monitoring and sanctions, while the same rules are not applied to other countries.

Responding to US President Donald Trump’s threat, he said such statements are not new and Iran has heard such things before. He stressed that Iran is prepared for every situation.

Apart from this, he also gave clarification regarding the internet shutdown in Iran. He said international internet was temporarily shut down to maintain peace during the violence, while local internet services within the country were maintained.
