Himachal Pradesh: Taking a big and strict step, Himachal Pradesh Police Administration has directed to hand over the responsibilities of 2021 batch IPS officer Aditi Singh to a subordinate officer during her frequent leaves. Presently Aditi Singh was working as SP in the Northern Range of State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (SV&ACB) in Dharamshala. In the last months, he took leave repeatedly, due to which the Himachal Pradesh Police Administration has taken a big decision.
Aditi Singh remained on leave for 25 days
According to the order issued by state Director General of Police (DGP) Ashok Tiwari, IPS officer Aditi Singh remained on leave for a total of 25 days between January 8 and February 22. The DGP found that the functioning of his office was being affected due to such long and frequent holidays. This decision has been taken in view of the obstacles being faced in administrative work.
When did Aditi Singh take holidays?
If media reports are to be believed, in the order issued regarding Aditi Singh, information about her holidays has also been given. Aditi Singh took two days of sudden leave and two days of sick leave from January 8 to January 1. After this, from January 16 to January 19, he again took leave for 4 days, which included 3 days of sudden leave and one sick leave. After this, she again remained on leave from 8 to 22 February.
Who was given the responsibility in place of Aditi?
According to the orders of DGP Ashok Tiwari, Additional SP Brahma Das Bhatia has been asked to take over his responsibilities till further notice. It has also been said that to maintain the continuity of the work, it has been said that he will remain connected to Aditi Singh even in her presence.
