Following a wave of high-profile leaks, the series—which includes the Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro, and the ultra-premium Pura 90 Pro Max—is being hailed as a dramatic leap forward in both silicon efficiency and computational imaging. These devices are designed to challenge the global dominance of the iPhone 18 Pro and the Galaxy S26 Ultra through a combination of proprietary tech and bold design choices.
The Return of the Flagship Kirin
The headline of the Pura 90 series is the debut of the Kirin 9030 Pro chipset. Built on a refined 7nm process that leverages advanced stacking techniques, the Kirin 9030 is designed to bridge the performance gap with 3nm competitors while offering superior thermal management.
