SSLC Result 2026: Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu Class 10 Results Expected in Late April

BENGALURU – The race for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) results is heating up across South India. The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) is expected to be the first to move, with insiders suggesting a result date of April 28, 2026. Over 8 lakh students in Karnataka are currently awaiting their scores on karresults.nic.in.

In Kerala, the Pareeksha Bhavan has completed the evaluation of the SSLC papers, and the results are expected to be announced by April 30. The Kerala board is known for its high pass percentages and will host the results on keralaresults.nic.in . Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) is targeting the first week of May for its Class 10 announcement.

All three boards have confirmed that they will use a grading system alongside numerical marks to reduce student stress. Students across these states are advised to keep their registration numbers and dates of birth ready. Once announced, the results will be synchronized with DigiLocker, allowing for the immediate download of valid digital certificates. This year, there is a particular focus on “Minimum Marks Criteria,” where students must secure at least 35% in both theory and internal assessments to be eligible for Higher Secondary promotion.
