AMARAVATI – The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) announced the results for both 1st and 2nd-year Intermediate students today, April 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Education Minister Nara Lokesh released the results, noting that the board has successfully adhered to its strict timeline by declaring results within 22 days of completing the examinations.
The statistical data revealed a strong performance in the 2nd-year (Senior Inter) exams, with an overall pass percentage of 81%. The 1st-year students recorded a pass percentage of 69%. Across both years, over 10 lakh students appeared for the exams, which concluded on March 24. Students can now view their subject-wise grades and marks memos on the official portal resultsbie.ap.gov.in
The online marks memo serves as a provisional certificate, allowing students to proceed with undergraduate admissions. The Minister emphasized that top colleges often require 80% or higher for admission into premium streams. For students who were unsuccessful, the Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be conducted in May 2026. The window for re-evaluation and re-counting will open tomorrow and remain active for ten days. The board has also set up a toll-free counseling number to support students’ mental health during the result season.
