NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the results for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026. Out of the 53,617 candidates who appeared for the national-level entrance exam on March 7, a total of 5,362 candidates have successfully qualified for pharmacy admissions and scholarships.

The qualifying criteria this year saw a competitive curve, with the General category cut-off percentile reaching 96.25. The results, published in a PDF format on natboard.edu.in, include the Roll Number, Application ID, Marks Obtained, and the All India Rank (AIR). While the merit list is available now, individual scorecards will be available for download starting April 15, 2026.

Qualifying the GPAT is the gateway for pharmacy graduates to secure admission into M.Pharm and Ph.D. programs across India. Furthermore, those who meet the merit criteria are eligible for a monthly stipend/scholarship during their post-graduate studies, managed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The NBEMS has confirmed that the GPAT 2026 score will remain valid for three years from the date of result declaration, providing students ample time to seek admissions in their preferred research institutions.
